22A – Elevator Pitch No. 3

Feedback that I got on the second pitch was mostly about my attire and the background of the pitch. People reminded me that I should be in professional wear, instead of the Florida sweatshirt I was in the last time. I also filmed in my dorm bedroom for the first pitch and the bathroom (lol) for the second pitch. I took the feedback and dressed in a nicer shirt and used a neutral curtain background.

  1. Hi Sara;
    I think your third pitch made some significant improvements when comparing to your last pitches. You were able to change fundamentally everything that your feedback proposed to you, such as, background, wear, etc. For the future, I would just advice you to film in full shot, as opposed to in a head and shoulder shot. That way you can display even more dynamism only by switching the shot angle. Go Gators!

  2. Hi Danny;
    I think your third elevator pitch significantly improved when comparing to your last pitches. Quickening the pace sure made a difference as it allowed us to keep engaged. For the future, I would film in full shot, as opposed to in a head and shoulder shot. That way you can show even more dynamism only by switching the angle of your shot. Go Gators!

  3. Hi Sara, you did an excellent job at your 3rd pitch. Your video looked very professional and your presentation looks very comfortable. I am surprised at how much better the videos have gotten since we started recording them. This assignment shows how repetition improves quality. I believe we are all much better at a one or two-minute pitch moving forward.

  4. Hey Sara, I liked the professionalism of this video. The attire and setting was appropriate. I also liked how you spoke eloquently and but you should slow down you pace. The attention grabber was nice. Lastly, the pitch was rather short, I recommend that you extend by another 10 plus seconds by including an ask. Keep up the good work and go Gators!
